Tim recently auctioneered for our craft beer event in downtown Phoenix and he was a big help in raising additional funds the night of the event! His tactic of beginning a joke, encouraging bidding, and continuing his joke worked very well with our audience to get laughs and donations. If you are looking to hire a comedian, I’d highly recommend Tim Bateman. I was looking for a comedian to entertain our guests for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party. I watched many U-tube videos and didn’t laugh until I saw Tim. Tim did a combination of, “Stand Up,” and a, Roast.” I told him stories about my husband and in his show, his delivery was hilarious! He had our intimate party of 45 people belly laughing. To top it off, Tim had some extra time, not that he always does, but he stayed a while and socialized with our guests and continued to make us laugh. I gave him the news that we needed a 60th birthday roast for a male friend that Friday night. Not fair at all for a comedian that had to write the jokes.
